I absolutely love the ceramic ring! I had the Oura 4 in rose gold already and I much prefer the look of the ceramic. I was worried that maybe it would scratch easily but it is looking much better than my rose gold one ever did.

Love this ring! It’s beautiful for starters. It tracks literally everything you need to track. I wanted it mainly for the sleep data because Apple won’t fix their Apple Watch battery where you don’t have to charge it every night. The battery on this ring lasts for days. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I seem to be between sizes 14 and 13 though after thinking I would stick with 14 (used on middle finger then index at times) now might just do 13 even though it is a tad firm on the index finger at times. Was on sale but even more on sale after price match from Amazon before Prime day. I know Gen 5 is out though was taken by the midnight blue color and a bit of weight so the ring does not feel like a toy.

Comfortable to wear, great battery life, and easy to set up

I’ve been an Oura user for quite a while, and after upgrading to the newer version, I actually found myself coming back to the Ring 4, that alone should say a lot about how much I genuinely love this product. This ring has truly been one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and overall wellness. It has helped me better understand my body in ways I never expected!! From sleep quality and recovery to activity levels, stress, readiness and overall health trends. I love having real insights into how my body is doing instead of just guessing. What really sets Oura apart for me is that it feels like more than just a fitness tracker. The app genuinely helps guide you toward healthier habits and gives recommendations that feel personalized and helpful for everyday life. It’s become a part of my routine and has made me much more mindful of my health. If you care about your health, enjoy learning more about your body, or simply want to make smarter wellness decisions, I truly think this ring is worth the investment. It has been nothing but an amazing experience for me, and honestly, it’s changed my life for the better! ☺️☺️☺️

Best health tracker I've ever had. I have the Samsung watch which is not as accurate. I tried a Hume band and it was not right for me. It did take some getting used to on my finger but it's amazing. Excited for all of the data to come through!

The pros: it's pretty confortable, it looks really sleek and polished, and it's far less bulky than wearing a smartwatch to bed to measure sleep metrics. The bad: customer service is AWFUL. You're forced to try and troubleshoot with an AI Chatbot that has the intelligence of a 1940s Sunbeam toaster. There are no contact numbers to call and speak to a real person. You can eventually get the chatbot to connect you to a chat agent, but even that isn't much help for the issues I've had with the ring. For starters, you have to pay a $6 a month subscription to use the ring. You can't do anything without the subscription. 6 bucks a month isn't terrible, but the subscription isn't worth it when the ring doesn't function as promised. There are issues with it missing workouts (the workaround they suggest? Manually record the workouts. As in, take your phone out of your pocket, open up the app, and tell it you're about to workout). That, to me, defeats the purpose and this ring is touted as being smart enough to automatically detect workouts. Mine has also, after the first 2 weeks, started missing HUGE gaps in monitoring certain metrics. We're talking 2 hour gaps where it didn't detect any HR data, chunks of stress monitoring missing, and also sleep data being incomplete. Support has suggested that maybe my fingers are cold (the gaps happen at random times, every single day). I work as a chef, so I can promise you my hands are not cold. They've said it could be that the ring fit is too loose. So, i tried it on a different finger - where it was so snug that it was almost uncomfortable. They've had me "soft reset" the ring multiple times (seriously, they pulled the "have you tried turning it off and on again?"!!). Everything they've suggested, I have done. Here we are almost 3 months later, I've paid for 3 months of their subscription and still have flawed and missing data. They are stumped, I keep getting told that they've escalated the issue and someone will contact me soon. Still waiting. But they did add 3 free months of the subscription service on to my account (allegedly) to help ease the sting of me paying a subscription for a ring that doesn't work. I don't have faith that they will admit that the ring is faulty, and that I am stuck with a $500 ring that barely does what it promised. Best Buy will let you return the ring within 2 weeks, however, my issues started 2 days AFTER that window closed. And getting Oura to admit the huge issues with this ring is next to impossible. So, I will save you the frustrations and forewarn you: the pricetag versus performance is not worth it. If you DO have cold hands/poor circulation, you will definitely have issues with this ring. I've also been told by others online that if you happen to have thicker fingers or darker skintone, you may also have issues with this ring dependably gathering the information needed. Others have said they have the same issue with missing workouts, with "no data" chunks for Heart rate and stress levels, and the symptom radar feature being totally useless and missing signs of strain impacting your health. I don't know if other smart rings are better, as Oura IS actually pretty accurate (when it DOES actually measure stuff). But, considering Oura is also far more expensive (considering the subscription and the hefty pricetag on the ring itself), I would expect it to be far superior too! I would not purchase this ever again. I'd rather have continued to wear my bulky Galaxy watch to bed (and dealt with the indentation on my wrist) and gotten more accurate readings and data and SAVED the $500+. Would not recommend.

I was extremely pleased that Best Buy had the ring sizes and colors available so that I could make my decision quickly. I ordered the pink ceramic ring and received it in a couple of days. The process was seamless and I haven't taken the ring off since. I would definitely go back to Best Buy for all of my electronic purchases.

Ring works as expected and looks great. Health tracking is great as well

I wear this every day. It is co comfortable. I wear mine on my thumb which allows me to wear my other rings and it looks like a nice piece of jewelry. The stats are fun to wake up to and track too!

Love my ring. Especially since having a tummy tuck. It helps me track my heart rate and is helping me learn healthy sleeping habits. There are soo many more features i am excited to using when i heal A little more.

This a great product not only is it stylish it tracks everything for you in regard to your health and sleeping patterns. This is great gift for yourself or someone else. Highly recommend.

Wife has been using this to track sleep habbits searching for all options to help. This has help provide some useful data, not an end all be all but helps with when the better sleep occurs. New version came out less than 30 days later and was not able to get a price match...oh Best Buy.
