Love my new Ceramic Oura. I replaced my 2 year old metal one with the new Ceramic and very happy. My existing Gold one was showing the wear after 2 years of daily use.. Setup was so easy and seamless. Wasn’t much more to do than pair and select replace existing Ring. I wear mine all the time and find the insight and information very helpful in managing my health. I am a definite fan.

I love my oura ring. There’s many cool features to check out in the app. It detected an illness (norovirus) just before I started showing signs and symptoms. Amazing! Oh and the battery life is great - I just pop it on the charger when I take showers and I never get low battery reminders. I also ordered the gold at first and it was atrocious in my opinion. My favs were the mint and dark blue.

Wife has been using this to track sleep habbits searching for all options to help. This has help provide some useful data, not an end all be all but helps with when the better sleep occurs. New version came out less than 30 days later and was not able to get a price match...oh Best Buy.

His ha been beneficial in tracking several health factors through the day. The only drawback is how tight the ring needs to be to read well, also causes that sweat band/discoloration on your finger.
