Love it. Really keeps me on track. Helps with weight loss and keeping active. Love that it monitors my sleep and heart beat. It also will help to keep track of you menstrual cycle.

The concept of the ring great. Unfortunately, I had to return it. The ring was in the way of working out ( holding kettlebells and/or dumbbells) and it was very heavy on my pointer finger

So far I’m loving my Oura ring. I wanted it to get some feedback on sleep and other markers of longevity. It takes a few weeks for it to collect data and now I’m starting to get some good feedback! I also love the pink ceramic and have gotten some complements on it!

I've owned the ring for a month. It's great for monitoring my sleep patterns, hourly stress levels, heart rate, and exercise levels. I typically charge it about once a week.
