    I bought this for my Wife and she loves it Extremely glad I bought the Oura 4 ceramic it was more expensive than most but have no regrets with all it does and seeing the joy it brought my wife on Christmas morning.

    The ring good quality my only issue is that you have to a subscription fo it to actually work. The previous models did not require a subscription.

    This is a wonderful product! It helps me track my heath and I love it because it is preventative. It’s a great tracker and keeps you accountable, unlike other smart health devices. Other than it being a bit thick sometimes, I love this product!
