    Love this ring! It’s beautiful for starters. It tracks literally everything you need to track. I wanted it mainly for the sleep data because Apple won’t fix their Apple Watch battery where you don’t have to charge it every night. The battery on this ring lasts for days. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

    The Oura ring is incredible! I had originally tried an amazfit tracker but it was not for me. The app is incredible with insights on your sleep and activities throughout the day. It is well worth it. The ceramic is also worth it, no scratches!

    Love the ring, make sure to get the buffing pad offered for free through Oura. This is my 3rd Oura ring I recommend gettin Best Buy’s extended warranty as battery life eventually lessens.
