    This was a surprise birthday gift from my husband. I really didn’t know much about these rings but I am learning. I am finding the information quite interesting and useful. It does require some dedication in using all the features correctly. I do wish it were not so heavy.

    loving this ring! I use it everyday and the sleep data is really neat. has a feature to indicate if you are starting to get sick which is accurate.

    I love my ring has great battery, the ceramic does really well with scratches and I love that since I do a lot of heavy work and so far it keeps up with me. So far really accurate in the app
