Love this ring! It fits well on my pointer finger and does everything as described. It does get scuffed but Oura will send you a buffer to get the scuffs out :)

Love the ring and the app. I gave 4 stars because I’ve only had the ring for a little over a week and it is already scratched in a couple of places. It shouldn’t be that fragile. I have to take it off when doing housework, washing dishes. Disappointing since the ceramic costs more than the metal - it should be more durable.

Got my ring 3 weeks ago. I was recently diagnosed with RA and it has already started helping me track when I’m about to have a flare up. Helps me understand a lot of what my body goes through each day. The ceramic white is so nice and goes with everything. I have small hands so it’s a little bulky for my fingers but I still love it.

Pretty good, wish it told you your temperature. And wish it wouldnt need to have the line under your finger for best readings bc it moves around a lot

I initially loved the ring, love the way it looks, and how it performs. I don't wear much jewelry, so mine wasn’t rubbed against other rings. I also always took it off before showering. It rolled off my bathroom counter and cracked when it hit the floor, so it was barely a 3-foot fall and not a hard impact. Oura was useless, not helpful at all. They told me to buy a case for my ring! How dumb! The ring barely works now; it’s intermittent. Had I known it would be this fragile, I would have chosen the metal version. Given their horrible customer service, I won’t buy another model and will go with a more durable brand.

Best Buy worked with me to get the right size. I had to exchange it once and then the salesman helped me pick the correct size the second time.
