I seem to be between sizes 14 and 13 though after thinking I would stick with 14 (used on middle finger then index at times) now might just do 13 even though it is a tad firm on the index finger at times. Was on sale but even more on sale after price match from Amazon before Prime day. I know Gen 5 is out though was taken by the midnight blue color and a bit of weight so the ring does not feel like a toy.

Comfortable to wear, great battery life, and easy to set up

I’ve been an Oura user for quite a while, and after upgrading to the newer version, I actually found myself coming back to the Ring 4, that alone should say a lot about how much I genuinely love this product. I wear this every day. It is co comfortable. I wear mine on my thumb which allows me to wear my other rings and it looks like a nice piece of jewelry. The stats are fun to wake up to and track too!

I was extremely pleased that Best Buy had the ring sizes and colors available so that I could make my decision quickly. I ordered the pink ceramic ring and received it in a couple of days. The process was seamless and I haven't taken the ring off since. I would definitely go back to Best Buy for all of my electronic purchases.

I love everything that it tracks! I love that it tracks your sleep score, menstrual cycle, activities/workouts, stress, breathing, and your body’s temperature. I love that you can log your daily meals/snacks and get nutritional information from that as well. I haven’t found anything that I don’t like about it, it has been great overall! I wear it either on my pointer or middle finger.

Love this ring and all the things that it tracks and its long battery life!!

upgrade was worth it! the only thing is that they say this ring is scratch resistant, which it is, but will still get blemishes. you need to contact oura to get a ceramic polishing pad which literally wipes away the blemishes. it does not come with it when you buy from best buy, but oura should provide it for free or you can get the polishing pad for cheap on amazon.

Love my ring. Especially since having a tummy tuck. It helps me track my heart rate and is helping me learn healthy sleeping habits. There are soo many more features i am excited to using when i heal A little more.
