I added the Oura ring to monitor my sleep and stress. I was skeptical at first but enjoy the data insights the ring gives me. It's easier to sleep with and feel the ring does well with monitoring my sleep and stress patterns. The ring has given me better insight into my day and night and how it impacts my overall health. I highly recommend the ring. I love the ceramic because I was concerned about the ring getting scratched through daily use.

Very elegant color to pick, looks really nice on hand but you will notice slight weight on the fingers and space between the fingers.

I bought this for my girlfriend so she could track her sleep, heart rate, cycle, etc. She loves it! Not a day goes by that she isn't wearing it. It has been extremely accurate, almost to the point of being scary. It's almost hard to believe that something as simple as a ring can provide so much insight to your overall health and well-being. I highly recommend you buy this if you've been considering it!

Wife has been using this to track sleep habbits searching for all options to help. This has help provide some useful data, not an end all be all but helps with when the better sleep occurs. New version came out less than 30 days later and was not able to get a price match...oh Best Buy.

Disappointed the charger quit after 4 months and Best Buy did not want to honor a replacement under the rewards program. The ring requires this charger to function and it is not interchangeable with other charging options. Will certainly rethink using Best Buy in the future after our purchases of 3 Samsung TVs, Mac. iPad, freezers (2) oura ring, ear piece, ring doorbell, beats headphones, etc..,,

Bought this for my wife, she has been very satisfied with the ease of setting it up through the website and her phone. It tracks many different things, such as sleep pattern, steps, vitals, activity, it can tell you that you are doing yard work. It is very functional and informative on daily functioning.

I Iove this ring! It tracks my steps, periods, meals, quite literally anything you’d need to. I have heart disease and the heart tracker has been a god sent! It sends me alerts before I can even feel anything coming. Would really really reccomend!

I am very pleased with this product. The technology is accurate and thorough. The ring is very comfortable to wear. At first, I was first concerned about the durability of the finish and being ceramic, but I am completely satisfied with it. I was in multiple situations where it should have gotten scratched, but it didn't! I did have a black mark on it, in which I thought was a scratch, but the cleaning pad buffed the mark right off! The ring is beautiful!

This is ring is the absolute best purchase I have ever made. It does so many things health wise and helps keep up with certain things for me. Recently I got sick and my ring told me something was straining my body the day before I was sick. The battery life is also amazing and that is a plus and it charges super quick. Its also very easy to set up when you first get it. This thing truly works and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

The Oura ring has deliverd so far with the personal health and sleep data I've been looking for. A great purchase so far, only a few months in. Surprised how well the cermic is holding up in the gym while using free weights.

So cute I use it for pregnancy but it’s a pretty bulky ring and if your fingers swell, I wouldn’t recommend this but overall it’s amazing. It picks up everything that you need plus more.
