I do like the product but it’s a bit bulky. I am disappointed that a new ring came out 17 days later and I can’t upgrade or exchange.

Beautiful color and great data! I’m loving my new Oura ring

After hearing about the Oura ring and all the data it can collect through just being placed on your finger, I was instantly interested. Originally, I was most interested in their partnership with Natural Cycles because I have been on birth control most of my life. I got pregnant with my daughter pretty quickly and as soon as she was born 2 years ago, I got back on birth control.. because, lets be honest ladies, I don't trust my husband when it comes to that... My birthcontrol will be expiring in the next year, so my hope is my ring will have enough data to help me use the natural cycle subscription to track my cycles and continue to prevent pregnancy. I am also an advance practicing nurse that takes pride in my health through weight loss, nutrition, sleep habits and so much more. This ring has helped advance my skills of understanding my own body and habits and my own health. I will be using this ring for the rest of my life.

I clean the house and kitchen all day long, and it remains beautiful and scratch-free; as for its functionality, needless to say, it is absolutely fantastic.

This is ring is the absolute best purchase I have ever made. It does so many things health wise and helps keep up with certain things for me. Recently I got sick and my ring told me something was straining my body the day before I was sick. The battery life is also amazing and that is a plus and it charges super quick. Its also very easy to set up when you first get it. This thing truly works and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

It gives me clear, actionable insight into my sleep, recovery, readiness, and daily rhythms without demanding attention or disrupting my routine. Great sleep tracker and battery lasts a couple days on full charge. Very intuitive and only gets better the longer you wear it.

The Oura Ring has helped me track my sleep patterns better and how certain foods/drinks will impact me that day or the following day. It’s been able to help me track my heart rate & it easily picks up on when I’m doing physical activity. So far it has really helped start my health journey!

Used Fitbit for many years but while dealing with nervous system regulation the fixation on amount of sleep became paramount. With the Oura it gave me more confidence that the data is more accurate (though REM could be off) overall and for Deep. This is minus any gold standard testing which is not accessible for me now. There is a lot of data in the annual membership and I have determined it so far has been useful but it's also good not to focus on all the data. Had to downsize actually within the return window because the larger size was comfortable but it also fell of my finger and when placed on other fingers not all the sides were touching my finger. Would suggest getting a Best Buy plan to expand return window to 60 days if you're unsure.
