Love the ring! I got the ceramic for the fact of being very hard to scratch, and so far that has been true. So glad to have spent the little extra.

Love the design it looks stylish and it keeps track of everything you need. If you want to be more aware of your health and fitness you need this ring your life. Trying to keep my body healthy it was the best decision to purchase this ring. I never want to go without. If you thinking about it, DOOO IT !

My favorite ring! Helps me track my cycles, sleep, and stress levels, and exercise. Keeps me in check and motivates me to complete goals. The color is a plus for a girly that loves pink. Sizing was a little off with the try on so had to exchange for a bigger size but process was easy. I’m not charging as often as I was with a watch and this is a cleaner look that’s a bulky watch.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring! It’s comfortable, stylish, and incredibly easy to wear daily. The sleep and health insights are accurate and helpful, making me more aware of my habits. Since using it, I feel more in tune with my body and overall wellness. Definitely worth it for anyone serious about health.

Love it! Has made me more aware of my activities, sleep, heart rate and stress. Sleep has improved. Only thing I didn’t like, was cleaning a metal cup and it seemed to make a tiny mark. But other than that, have had zero issues.

I absolutely love my oura. I had the gen 3 for several years and made the jump to upgrade to the ceramic and it is such a beautiful color and fits so smooth compared to my gen3. Love love love!

I absolutely love this ring! It is comfortable and tracks everything i could want. Even the important things for women. Yes I ou have to pay a subscription, but i feel that it is totally worth it.

As a night shift nurse, Oura ring has informed me of key factors of my health. At first, I thought I wouldn’t like the ring due to its bulky nature, but have found that it doesn’t bother me at all! It has been helpful to see the trend of my stress levels as well as get insight into how sleep affects my day to day. I love knowing my heart rate and other vitals. I would recommend this ring to anyone looking to improve their overall health, mind and body!

Love this ring! It fits well on my pointer finger and does everything as described. It does get scuffed but Oura will send you a buffer to get the scuffs out :)

Love the ring and the app. I gave 4 stars because I’ve only had the ring for a little over a week and it is already scratched in a couple of places. It shouldn’t be that fragile. I have to take it off when doing housework, washing dishes. Disappointing since the ceramic costs more than the metal - it should be more durable.

Got my ring 3 weeks ago. I was recently diagnosed with RA and it has already started helping me track when I’m about to have a flare up. Helps me understand a lot of what my body goes through each day. The ceramic white is so nice and goes with everything. I have small hands so it’s a little bulky for my fingers but I still love it.
