Used Fitbit for many years but while dealing with nervous system regulation the fixation on amount of sleep became paramount. With the Oura it gave me more confidence that the data is more accurate (though REM could be off) overall and for Deep. This is minus any gold standard testing which is not accessible for me now. There is a lot of data in the annual membership and I have determined it so far has been useful but it's also good not to focus on all the data. Had to downsize actually within the return window because the larger size was comfortable but it also fell of my finger and when placed on other fingers not all the sides were touching my finger. Would suggest getting a Best Buy plan to expand return window to 60 days if you're unsure.

Great sleep tracker and battery lasts a couple days on full charge. Very intuitive and only gets better the longer you wear it.

I’ve had my Oura ring for over a month now, and I absolutely love every it. It keeps me aligned with my goals, and if you like to see numbers, then this is for you. The only downside is I do a lot of sauna and heated workouts. There have been a few times where oura has been miscalculated the amount of calories burned (too low) or not capturing the work out entirely. For this reason, I did get an Apple Watch to fill the gap. But other than this, oura is superior in every other feature.

So light weight and easy to wear! Love the color cloud. It goes with everything! Battery life is good and charges super quick.

The ring is gorgeous, as a college student the Oura ring is great for tracking stress and keeping track of my sleep schedule. I have a tendency to stay awake until 3 AM getting work done, ever since I got the ring it reminds me that its bed time.

Best health tracker I've ever had. I have the Samsung watch which is not as accurate. I tried a Hume band and it was not right for me. It did take some getting used to on my finger but it's amazing. Excited for all of the data to come through!

Have only had it a few days. It was a Christmas present. I traded for the color "cloud" (white). It looks nice and isn't too heavy which was my concern. You have to wear it 5 days for all the "things" to show up. I'm excited to see all of the cool things.

I was using the Apple Watch but lets be real, there only so much it can tell me. Enter the Oura ring. Especially as a woman to be able to track cycles, amongst many other biomarkers this has been the missing piece for me to help gauge my health and know when to push hard or really let myself rest. So far it's just gotten better as I continue to use it and build up the data.

I love this ring!! I'm able to track how I'm sleeping, etc. It's light, so i barely know it's there. I love the fact that it's ceramic too!

Three weeks in, and I’m obsessed with my ring. The blue ceramic looks amazing—way more polished for work events than my sports watch ever did. Every feature I’ve used so far has been great. Buying at the Brookfield location was super easy, and the staff member who helped me knew exactly what they were talking about.

I love my Oura ring. I upgraded to a generation 3 to a 4. I gave my other generation 3 to my friend who has been wanting one and she loves it. I bought a generation 4 for my boyfriend and best friend for Christmas and they are equally in love with their ring.
