I am very pleased with this product. The technology is accurate and thorough. The ring is very comfortable to wear. At first, I was first concerned about the durability of the finish and being ceramic, but I am completely satisfied with it. I was in multiple situations where it should have gotten scratched, but it didn't! I did have a black mark on it, in which I thought was a scratch, but the cleaning pad buffed the mark right off! The ring is beautiful!

I originally bought the Oura Ring 4 as a Christmas gift for my other half, and she absolutely loved it. She was so excited about the insights and how easy it was to use that she ended up dragging me back to Best Buy to get one for myself too and I’m honestly glad she did. Using Oura together has been a great motivator for both of us. We check in on our sleep, recovery, and activity and help keep each other accountable in a positive way. For me personally, it’s been an amazing tool for focusing on my health and self-care. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed, the readiness score actually makes sense, and I love being able to see how stress, rest, and daily habits affect my body. It’s comfortable enough to wear 24/7, looks great, and doesn’t feel intrusive like other wearables I’ve tried. If you’re looking for something that genuinely helps you be more mindful of your health or a thoughtful gift that might turn into something you both use.. I can’t recommend the Oura Ring 4 enough.

I love my Oura ring. I upgraded to a generation 3 to a 4. I gave my other generation 3 to my friend who has been wanting one and she loves it. I bought a generation 4 for my boyfriend and best friend for Christmas and they are equally in love with their ring.

Three weeks in, and I’m obsessed with my ring. The blue ceramic looks amazing—way more polished for work events than my sports watch ever did. Every feature I’ve used so far has been great. Buying at the Brookfield location was super easy, and the staff member who helped me knew exactly what they were talking about.

I was using the Apple Watch but lets be real, there only so much it can tell me. Enter the Oura ring. Especially as a woman to be able to track cycles, amongst many other biomarkers this has been the missing piece for me to help gauge my health and know when to push hard or really let myself rest. So far it's just gotten better as I continue to use it and build up the data.

I received this as a Christmas gift, very happy with it so far. the ring itself is quite comfortable, I like having the information available for how my nights sleep was. Quality is very good.

This was a surprise birthday gift from my husband. I really didn’t know much about these rings but I am learning. I am finding the information quite interesting and useful. It does require some dedication in using all the features correctly. I do wish it were not so heavy.
