I added the Oura ring to monitor my sleep and stress. I was skeptical at first but enjoy the data insights the ring gives me. It's easier to sleep with and feel the ring does well with monitoring my sleep and stress patterns. The ring has given me better insight into my day and night and how it impacts my overall health. I highly recommend the ring. I love the ceramic because I was concerned about the ring getting scratched through daily use.

This is great, I work night shifts and I really wanted to track how much sleep i get, and the smart watch was uncomfortable so after some research I Ianded on the oura ring ceramic and nobody is thinks its a tracker cause i looks like actual jewelry. Plus added features like period tracking has been so great as well. If you're thinking of getting one; just get it. But sidenote if you want a fitness tracking device like running and such. This is not the product for you, check out Garmin.

My wife loves her Oura Ring, it’s a great accessory along with her Apple Watch to help give her some insight on her health. She loves the color and always gets compliments on it while at work or out an about.

Purchased for myself, this is the color my wife likes on me. I ended up returning for the stealth color, a little less flashy for my liking. Overall great product, I would recommend !
