    A good health monitor, probably the best one on the market right now although a number of new devices are coming online. Purchase has a gift for my wife who really liked the style and the fit. I’ve now had four of these rings myself in various generations and finishes. Found them useful, although the battery life does decline with age.

    The ring is gorgeous, as a college student the Oura ring is great for tracking stress and keeping track of my sleep schedule. I have a tendency to stay awake until 3 AM getting work done, ever since I got the ring it reminds me that its bed time.

    Best health tracker I've ever had. I have the Samsung watch which is not as accurate. I tried a Hume band and it was not right for me. It did take some getting used to on my finger but it's amazing. Excited for all of the data to come through!

    I’ve had my ring for about 3 weeks now and I am loving it. It’s still getting use to some of my habits but for the most part it’s been tracking great! I love that it senses your body needs rest or that it’s fighting something and is so accurate on sleep etc. I’m hoping this will help me with my health in 2026! I would definitely buy again!
