After hearing about the Oura ring and all the data it can collect through just being placed on your finger, I was instantly interested. Originally, I was most interested in their partnership with Natural Cycles because I have been on birth control most of my life. I got pregnant with my daughter pretty quickly and as soon as she was born 2 years ago, I got back on birth control.. because, lets be honest ladies, I don't trust my husband when it comes to that... My birthcontrol will be expiring in the next year, so my hope is my ring will have enough data to help me use the natural cycle subscription to track my cycles and continue to prevent pregnancy. I am also an advance practicing nurse that takes pride in my health through weight loss, nutrition, sleep habits and so much more. This ring has helped advance my skills of understanding my own body and habits and my own health. I will be using this ring for the rest of my life.

I honestly love it. The size took some adjusting because I dont usually wear rings. It is a lot useful than I thought it would be and has truly motivated me to do more when it comes to my health! I would recommend one to anybody. What are the cons?

Bought the Oura Ring 4 as a birthday gift for my wife and she loves it! Our whole family has been using Oura since 2024, so this was an easy choice. The ceramic finish looks elegant and feels great to wear daily. The Sizing Kit made getting the right fit simple — no guesswork. Sleep and activity tracking work perfectly. Highly recommend!

I do like the product but it’s a bit bulky. I am disappointed that a new ring came out 17 days later and I can’t upgrade or exchange.

Great sleep tracker and battery lasts a couple days on full charge. Very intuitive and only gets better the longer you wear it.

I clean the house and kitchen all day long, and it remains beautiful and scratch-free; as for its functionality, needless to say, it is absolutely fantastic.

Really love the ring and how it tracks different types of workouts as I tend to strength train , run , Pilates and it actually tracks it to a tea ! I know a lot of people do complain about the bulk but honestly, you really do get used to it. Just give it a few days and you totally forget it’s even on your finger. The string has helped me navigate a lot of aspects of my life. I didn’t even know I needed to watch harder. I’ve been able to be consistent with my positive changes in my lifestyle. Thanks to the ring.
