I love my Oura ring, over the last week it has really helped me with my sleep and it’s been improving ever since. Such a great investment!

I love my oura ring. There’s many cool features to check out in the app. It detected an illness (norovirus) just before I started showing signs and symptoms. Amazing! Oh and the battery life is great - I just pop it on the charger when I take showers and I never get low battery reminders. I also ordered the gold at first and it was atrocious in my opinion. My favs were the mint and dark blue.

This was a surprise birthday gift from my husband. I really didn’t know much about these rings but I am learning. I am finding the information quite interesting and useful. It does require some dedication in using all the features correctly. I do wish it were not so heavy.

His ha been beneficial in tracking several health factors through the day. The only drawback is how tight the ring needs to be to read well, also causes that sweat band/discoloration on your finger.

So far I’m loving my Oura ring. I wanted it to get some feedback on sleep and other markers of longevity. It takes a few weeks for it to collect data and now I’m starting to get some good feedback! I also love the pink ceramic and have gotten some complements on it!
