    Ring really gives really good information on your daily activities. Tracks in real time, alerts you when you're idle gir extended periods of time. Tracks sleeping habits and much more.     I honestly love it. The size took some adjusting because I dont usually wear rings. It is a lot useful than I thought it would be and has truly motivated me to do more when it comes to my health! I would recommend one to anybody. What are the cons?

    The concept of the ring great. Unfortunately, I had to return it. The ring was in the way of working out ( holding kettlebells and/or dumbbells) and it was very heavy on my pointer finger
