    It works Ok - I think the sizing was a little off. I’d size it for the index finger - just so you can use your middle finger if the actual ring is a little large.

    Bought this sizer kit for the Oura 4 ring. I wasn't sure whether to buy the 12 or 13 ring. Oura recommends that if you are between sizes to go with the smaller size so I did. Unfortunately the ring is tight enough to leave an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because It got some small scratches on the under side. My advice it to go with the most comfortable without it being so loose that it can spin on your finger.
