    For me this was must! I have not worn rings for a long time. Though I should have worn the trial rings longer than a day and a half. My finger size fluctuate with activity. As such I did not get the best size when I actually got the ring. I would recommend using this and wearing a test for 5 days at least.

    I love Best Buy because I can see in person a product before I buy it. The Oura Ring sizing kit was perfect. I purchased online and picked it up at the store. The wait was a little to long at pick up, but other than that it was great.
