    I thought I would wear a size 10 by the sizing in the store but after wearing the 10 for a day it was just too big so I decided to drop down to a 9 which was perfect.

    The younger Best Buy staff are consistently helpful polite and professional. Unfortunately, Best Buy policies are none of those things. I recently purchased an Oura ring and wanted to exchange it for a different color, but they wouldn't let me do it at the Black Friday price. BBs top management - those who set the policies seem to have a mentality that the customer is always wrong. The floor staff have no flexibility to work around some of these rigid policies and they look and sound really apologetic and saddened that they have to enforce policies that don't make sense.
