A must to ensure the proper size

Though I should have worn the trial rings longer than a day and a half. My finger size fluctuate with activity. As such I did not get the best size when I actually got the ring. I would recommend using this and wearing a test for 5 days at least.

Oura Ring Sizer Kit

I wasn't sure whether to buy the 12 or 13 ring. Oura recommends that if you are between sizes to go with the smaller size so I did. Unfortunately the ring is tight enough to leave an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because It got some small scratches on the under side. My advice it to go with the most comfortable without it being so loose that it can spin on your finger.
