I was worried ab it being too bulky and in the way but it actually doesn’t at all. It’s very comfortable and way better that wearing an Apple Watch all the time. Would highly recommend.

Not so much user friendly but once you get the hang of it its very hepful. Made me fix my sleep cycle after seeing my sleep pattern was all over the place.

My wife loved the ring. I recommend sizing one up. One thing that we noticed is it tends to get hot while sleeping, making my wife finger swell a little.

Finally got an Oura ring. I already have an apple watch, but I love the Oura ring specifically for sleep and for the reminders about my bed time and stress levels and when to take it easy. I am really enjoying it so far.

This ring is a mixed bag. What it does well is track sleep. It is the best i have found at matching what i feel upon awakening. I have a Sleep Number bed and it will often give me a good score when i perceive i have had a terrible nights slerp. The ring is really bad at tracking workouts. DO NOT buy this for fitness tracking. Get a cheap Fitbit or even better a Garmin watch. The ring itself has very little ability to track workouts. I was using Strava to export to Oura, but even that has stopped working. I took another star because not only did my original ring fail after a few months, but my wife's is also starting to fail, often dying after just a day or two and refusing to synch. Overall, probably the best ring, but only buy if you prioritize sleep tracking.

Comfortable, sleek, and packed with useful health insights, especially for sleep. The main drawback is battery life, which should last longer to make the experience smoother overall
