    Loved this ring so much over a fit but I used to have and Apple Watch. It gives you so much information regarding your heart health and especially your sleep health. I’m so sad that I lost it, but I will be buying a new one!

    Once I was able to get the correct size it’s been great! The longer you wear it the more intuitive it gets which is nice. It’s also very comfortable for wearing while sleeping!

    Better than I expected! You select a focus personalized to you so you are getting information tailored to your goals. The reminders are subtle and targeted. The battery life really lasts 1 week! The only downside is the small scratches on the bottom of the ring but they cannot be seen unless you are looking.

    Once you get past the bulky feeling, the Oura Ring 4 really feels like a constant health advisor that's available at quick glance.     I have Apple Ultra Watch 3. The ring and the watch results don’t match. I am not sure which one is correct. Thus, I use the average readings from both to see my results. Also, I don’t have to pay subscription for my Apple Watch. Oura requires subscription.
