The ring is very thick and it took a few days to get use to. I love the look and the technology and information it provides.

This ring exceeded my expectations in terms of the health information it provided. It was easy to get used to in terms of wearing it daily. I do wish they made more feminine options for females. The rose gold does look more gold than rose gold. It only needs to be charged occasionally and doesn't take long to charge.

The Oura ring can be helpful in tracking different health data... if you can find your size. The company doesn't offer half sizes and the ring itself is quite bulky. Naturally, our body swells so I've heard of people switching fingers all of the time. Personally, I want something I can leave on, not worry about and stick to having it on one finger that I feel most comfortable in. I worried a lot about getting the ring stuck and the sizes never truly fit me-- either too small or too large. I notice there was also gaps in the data at times. The material is also prone to scratches. Sure you can put a cover on it, but it does make it even bulkier. If you can find a size that fits you, I'm sure it'll work out great for you.

Very easy to setup and begin using. Integrates easily with Apple Health app or use standalone with Oura app. Downside is the monthly fee, but that can be paid with FSA pre-tax money if you have that available from your employer. You can even buy the ring using FSA funds! Upgraded from a Gen 3 model and the 4 is definitely slimmer and more comfortable.

Bought the Oura as an anniversary gift for my wife. She loves it. She’s been wearing it for a few weeks and speaks about how comfortable it is and how much data she’s able to collect and use on the app.

Generally wry happy with my oura ring don’t leave my house without! It tracks absolutely everything that I need throughout my day to day life and helps me slow down when I am a bit more stressed. I will say 8 months in the battery didn’t work

Excellent product, very accurate. Helps to monitor Sleep patterns and stress levels through the day, gives recommendations for training depending on your sleep trends. Very comfortable, battery lasts at least a week.
