Got it after a health scare and have been very happy with it. Gives me all sorts of info and keeps track of other things that I didn’t even know about.

Getting use to but so far I like it, it takes time to adjust to the finger but overall is really good

⭐️ I purchased the Oura Ring 4 Gold Edition for over $500, expecting a premium wearable experience. I’ve had it for a little over a year (purchased November 2025), and unfortunately it hasn’t held up the way I expected. The gold metal scratches very easily. I work an office job, so this isn’t from heavy labor. I do wear it during workouts which is reasonable for a smart wearable but the cosmetic wear showed up quickly and noticeably. The biggest issue is the battery life. When new, it lasted close to a week. Now, it barely lasts less than 24 hours, which makes it impractical to use as intended. At this price point, I expected better durability and longevity. Also disappointing: this is not eligible for a warranty replacement, despite the battery degradation. Recommendation: If you’re set on getting an Oura Ring, I’d strongly suggest choosing one of the non-metal finishes, which should be more forgiving when it comes to scratches. The tech is useful, but the premium metal option doesn’t justify the cost based on my experience.

I love the features and ease of use. My main complaint is the finish. After two less than two months of use and taking it off any time I’m working or lifting anything, it’s still pretty scuffed up and not appealing. Not noticeable from far away, but it still bothers me. It’s faired better than my wife’s ring though. She has the gold one.

Oura ring it’s definitely the best in its class. Battery life is awesome. Communication with iphone 16 pro max is great.

Seems to be a good product. I like that the battery lasts 5-7 days and I can wear it in the shower and swimming. It did take some time to get used to wearing it! Added a cheap mini band to dress it up!

Best to wear with nice watch like a Rolex Submariner 16610 with the slate ring

I upgraded from the Oura 3 to the 4- seems to be about the same (and I loved gen 3) except battery life is way better with gen 4. Awesome.

Absolutely love my ring ! If you are torn between spending the money and not just do it ! The app has helped me with my sleeping habits, knowing when I’m stressed and so much more. Just do it !! I have a cover over my ring to protect it from scratches and I’ve added some rings so it gives off more of a feminine look.

Very cool ring, tells me my heart beat, would purchase again but only need one given the battery life
