Not a very good Christmas present... I called customer service and they said I needed to speak with the store manager, but I live in FL and she is in CA. Very disappointing.

Battery Life Makes Ring Unusable

It requires charging every day. Once the battery dies, no information is recorded. I quit wearing it once this happened.

I looked online and apparently that is very common with people who wear this ring. It has taken months before my finger has fully healed. I have no idea why it does it, but I finally got rid of it and won’t ever wear it again.

It was a horrible experience, It will take me some time to return to Best Buy for anything, Live up to your name or change it.
