    This ring is well built. Very high quality, but could use some design improvements. It’s a bit chunky, and uncomfortable on any finger other than the index. Ultimately, I give it 4 stars as a product. However, it gets 0 stars for requiring a subscription to get your data from the product you paid for. There’s nothing special about the app to warrant the subscription when you look at the competition. This lands the product at a 2 star rating from me, I’ve returned this, and went with the Ringconn Gen 2. It does pretty much everything the Oura 4 can do. However the Ringconn is 25% cheaper, has no subscription, is smaller, lighter, more comfortable, has twice the battery life, and comes with a charging case.

    Bought for my husband to check for Afib, according to the directions you have to also have a subscription. Sales rep should tell you that before they sell it. And it isn't even available yet.

    Not very accurate as far as workouts go. Battery horrible! Have to charge every day. I’ve had it for eight months. Sizing leaves a lot to be desired. Very loose at night. Very tight in the morning.

    Almost a year old. Going strong, then it stopped recording my sleep which is why I really purchased the ring. The worst part is the Chat Bot customer service. You are put on hold on your phone and then cut off. Three attempts and 45 minutes was too much for me. You can't even leave a less than stellar review to let Oura and their App aware of your frustrations, as it refuses to post. + To say I am disappointed is an understatement. It was an expensive purchase and disappoints on many levels. Do better Oura.
