Best money I have spent in a long time! I am working on getting healthy so this seemed like the next logical step. Fitbits & Garmin trackers never seemed to give me the info I really needed. It works perfectly! I'm in love with my ring! It looks thick but fits perfectly on your finger. It doesn't bother you in your daily life! I highly recommend it!

I’m enjoying the ring but sizing is definitely weird. You have to size up and since there are no half sizes it can be a little tricky. I’m liking the ring so far but ultimately it doesn’t really do anything that I couldn’t do with other apps or devices that don’t have a membership attached or a hefty price tag.

3 weeks in and I am loving it . It’s really specific. I do have anxiety burn thus ring keeps me calmer and aware I’m petite so I got a size 8 and it was too big . SIZE DOWN !
