works amazing, i love the app its super easy to use and the ring feels like nothing! just be aware it scratches easily so its not good for lifting or climbing (i use it for both and its starting to look rough). its sleek and pretty lokey, so its good if you want something to track you at a more dressy place.

Very accurate measurement of daytime stress. The battery lasts pretty well. It gives a lot of information and options for how to improve sleep etc The only downside is how easily the silver version scratches. It is not a big deal for me but something to be aware of.

Life changing, especially for someone who is a little crazy about data and health. I check my status 5-10 per day. Very comfortable and for me better than a watch style health tracker since i like wearing mechanical watches.

I love this ring. I have had Apple Watches for years but got tired of not being able to wear different watches while still tracking health metrics. This is a great alternative that is stylish, accurate and the battery lasts a long time. I also like that I don't have to have another screen on my wrist and always getting notifications on another device.

Had it for serval months now and I love how accurate it is when it coming to the amount of sleep I get and tracking my cycle, there is a monthly subscription but it’s no more then $10. Very comfortable to sleep with as well

Honestly I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this ring but I haven’t taken off only to charge it. Great purchase. It’s helping me track stuff that my Apple Watch they pair really well with each other but sure helps when I want to dress up with a regular watch!!

Getting used to the ring after having it for about a month - I love having more insight into my sleep, activity, and stress. Going to be using it to track my cycle too. So far the battery life has been great, lasting about a week. I love it!

Got this for my wife. Mainly to track her sleep but overall she loves it. It can scratch kind of easy which is my only complaint but works perfect for what she needed it for. Thinking of getting myself one next.

I really love this ring! The 4th gen lasts about 5-6days battery wise, which is very long in my opinion ! It does scratch, but thats expected with any piece of jewelry!

Has changed the way I prioritize sleep and rest for my body. 1000x better than the apple watch I used to wear. Took me a while to get used to a ring on that finger, but now I don't notice it. Also recommend buying a silicone ring cover if you plan no lifting weights with this as it scratches easily otherwise.

Purchased this for my wife. She has slim fingers so we made sure to size in store. I would recommend to size down. After 6 months the ring still looks good, no significant scratches or discoloration after consistent everyday wear. Battery life is great still and gets charged to 100% while getting ready for bed. The yearly subscription is worth it in my opinion because it gives you deeper insights to your biometrics and lets you use the ring to its full potential.

This ring has been very helpful. It alerted me when my heart rate was unusually high and fluctuating. As soon as I noticed, I contacted my primary care provider and began addressing the issue. The ring has also helped me improve my sleep. I’m truly grateful to my daughter for buying this ring for me.

Wife love the ring as it keeps track of her sleep and works out well after it learns your sleep pattern especially since she works over night. It helps her understand what she needs to work on for better sleep. One thing is that it can scratch easily so I recommend not wearing it if your doing anything that can scratch the outside

I like the Aura ring but don't wear it daily. When I wear it, it is accurate in tracking my health and fitness. It is also fashionable and blends in with other jewelry.

Nice looking ring! my fiancé loved it, however, the tracking system that comes with the ring never seemed to work as it was misplaced a couple times at home, yet the tracking within the app wasn’t useful. Luckily, we located it ourselves. For a ring that cost $500, it should have a working tracking system. It also scratches easily so the shine will fade with multiple scratches.

I love my Oura ring, it is more fashionable than a smart watch and super comfortable. My only complaint is that it does scratch easily. I would recommend to purchase the sizing kit before buying the ring and wearing for an entire day to make sure the sizing is correct.

Love this ring! I was a little skeptical as I was coming from a Apple Watch to a ring! However, I was not disappointed!! The try-ons are stiff and not comfortable. However, the ring is so soft, comfortable, and easy to wear. Love all the detailed readings as well. Highly recommended!
