Great ring would highly recommend!! 1st time I've gotten a ring I've always have had a watch, I like this much better!!

I love this ring. It tracks everything, my steps, my sleep, heart rate and as an older person with health issues it helps me keep my heart health in check. It tracks so many other things that I have not even investigated yet, but I definitely plan on doing that. If you have ever thought about purchasing one, please do so because you won't be disappointed.

I think everyone needs one of these it should be standard. Healthy and especially if you healthy you needs to get this it can save your life. It monitors your health. This already save one of my friends doctors couldn’t fine anything out the ring as telling them something was off and sure enough they found she had cancer. Just saying that’s how a little thing like this can save your life.

The ring fitting within the store was easy to navigate. My ring fits perfetly and the battery lasts a few days. To charge, it only takes about an hour. The OURA app is easy to navigate to get stats on your heartrate, stress, lseep patterns, excercise, and more. Highly recommend if you're interested in seeing more/ keeping track of your vitals. Note that the silver does scratch.

I This is definitely not a simple product or ring! I bought it without much expectation and I loved its functionality and how comfortable it is! I use it to monitor my health and I am very satisfied.

So far, this ring reports on more health issues than I can keep up with. It has even found a time when I don't breathe at night. I will check with my dr on this problem. I think any adult would be happy with this ring and what health information it finds to report on. It does take a while to learn all the nuances, but it is worth it. I highly recommend it

I have had the gen 3 for a few years now and loved it. Decided that I wanted to upgrade to the 4 and so far it has been excellent. I wear it all the time, and am still learning the best way to get the most out of the battery. It is very durable, and has held up well with my lifestyle.

Great product as it checks all the boxes I wanted in a tracker in a comfortable slim ring got it on sale to sweeten the deal. The Best Buy associate was most helpful and made the transaction a pleasure. The battery died after 10 days but Oura is replacing the unit.

Overall very comfortable and does give useful health data. I do use a silicone cover while working out which is recommended

I got this for my fiancé and she has not stopped talking about it. She loves it. It shows her how well she sleeps and her exercise. She likes to watch her heart rate at different stress levels to see the difference.
