It has helped me to monitor my overall health, heart and exercise! I have also had the best experience with our Best Buy salesperson who also said I would be happy and he was correct! I would highly recommend it. MY ONLY CONCERN IS THE RING GETS FINE SCRATCHES!

    It’s okay, scratches easily and I don’t know if there isn’t enough info or if I haven’t spent enough time with the app to understand the true value. You don’t get notifications for high heart rate or anything concerning unless it’s out of the ordinary for your body. Which if you always have higher readings or something you’ll not get notified. Overall it’s cute but I’m not sure it’s worth what you pay.
