Breathing and sleeping monitoring also is a plus ... as well as cardiac readings being recorded.     After comparing Oura and Whoop, I decided to go with the Oura ring. Primarily looking for sleep data, the Oura ring is great. Deep insights. I've had it for a month now and it even noticed when I was under the weather (sick). Good quality. Even wearing it during the day, I don't see any wear or scratches. And only have to charge it once a week.

    I love my Oura ring. Very happy with my purchase! The ONLY issue is I wish is was not as bulky BUT I realize that there is a lot happening inside that little band, so it is amazing it is as small as it is.

    Overall i do like the ring! Myself personally, think its a little thick. Although from my understanding it’s significantly thinner then the last generation. It charges quick and over is easy to use! I do wish there was a better way to find it when you lose it. So i use an apple watch too and tbh im more concerned hsvjng my ring on vs my watch. I will say it scratches maybe thats totally normal for rings in general im not sure. Overall its a goid product!
