currently love it! traded my apple watch in for this and it has been good so far!

I bought the Oura 4 Ring to monitor my vitals. I bought the sizer kit first as recommended. I couldn't decide whether to go with the size 12 or 13. 12.5 would have been perfect but they they don'e make half sizes. Oura recommends going with the small size if your between sizes so I bought the 12. I found out after wearing it a while that it leaves an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because it got some small scratches on the underside. My recommendation is to go with the size that is comfortable without spinning on your finger. Other than that I do like the ring. It monitors my sleep patterns and heart rate and lets you set activity goals and monitors your heart rate during workouts. The app also gives you recommendations to help you keep on track of your health goals. You do have to get the app and pay for a subscription but it's only $6/month so not bad.

Nice intelligent device, it measures everything during the day, and also when my wife's sleeping, she love it so much, thinking on get one for me!!

Overall, I love the ring’s ability to completely perform all the functions it has suggested and what had been programmed. It is accurate with data, reminders and gives great information and insights of what I could do to improve my day. However, the physical integrity is questionable. Within a year, the color starts to fade. I wish it would have stayed with its natural tone for longer. That’s my only regret. Otherwise, it is an absolute amazing companion to have for monitoring your progress.

I didn’t think this ring would provide as much insight as it does. But it’s amazing. Tracking sleep temperature other metrics all in one app. It’s a must buy

No screen distractions. Just throw on the ring and go about your day. No need to charge it daily. No discomfort issues when sleeping. Love it. Wish the subscription was cheaper or offered more. This one was the wives. I purchased the gold.

The best smart ring on the market! I’ve tried so many different devices to track my fitness and general health and wellness and Oura does it better than anyone else! I purchased mine about eight months ago and once the algorithm gets going, the accuracy is impeccable. There’s not many things that I would immediately replace if they break, but this is definitely one of them. The small form factor of wearing the ring versus wearing the bulky watch is definitely a huge plus. Unlike the watch, this doesn’t have to be upgraded every year when a new model comes out because it all the sudden stops working.

Stats work fairly well. Need to really keep up with monitoring the information that is there. Over time I did have problems with my first ring not charging well. Will be interested to see how this second one does over time.

Love all the features so far, especially the sleep features and the fact that I don't need to charge it every day like the apple watch

I’ve been wanted to buy the Oura ring for several years and recently I just decided to purchase it instead of getting other people viewpoints on the product. EVERYONE mentioned they loved it and I can now say that I LOVE IT as well:) If anyone is hesistant, just byt it and you will see! 10/10 recommend

Love the product! The ring is very comfortable. The health stats and monitoring it provides is amazing. I love being able to track my health. Fantastic for anyone who believes in proactive health.
