This ring is definitely helping me sleep better. I bought it for stress managemnet. I was worried about my cortisol levels. I really am not stressedas much as I thought.

I find that it is less noticeable than a smart watch which did not allow me to use within boxing gloves. Additionally, the sleep, readiness, activity burn vs. total cslorie burn, and other insights are extremely helpful. I like to use the test tools and am excited for the Dexcom partnership.

Oura ring provides almost accurate data. It’s very helpful in tracking sleep and other important health information like Heart rate, Oxygen level etc.

I purchased this as a gift. The ring size was incorrect so I returned to the store to exchange the ring for the correct size. I was told they were out of stock, the employee state all stores in my area were out of stock as well. The best they could do was reorder the ring. Unfortunately, the purchase price was not able to be honored ( despite only buying it a few weeks earlier). The new price was over 105.00 more. We went ahead and reordered the ring and then headed over to the isle where we spotted Many of the same exact rings. I chatted with another employee who had just grabbed one and he said no one reached out to him. I headed back to the long line, waited my turn and then spoke to the same exact employee regarding the many rings on the shelf. He called for assistance and lol the assistant said “oh I see your online order is ready for pick up”! I left with the ring but felt completely ripped off. On the other hand, the ring is loved by its recipient. Do better Best Buy!

Great purchase of oura ring 4! Battery life is so long!

I was iffy about the oura ring initially because I thought the concept was kinda silly but after wearing for longer than 2 weeks, and progressively longer, I realized better lifestyle habits forming & new features popping up to learn from. I honestly think it’s helpful.
