Was very hesitant at first because I just didn’t know what to think about a product like this. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I love getting the insights and tracking different trends. Genuinely such an amazing product!!!

I value the Oura rings insight into so many facets of my life. It’s helped focus my attention on how to improve specific areas I didn’t know I needed to adjust. The advisor is a tool I wasn’t expecting but absolutely love.

Great ring. Is not heavy at all and doesn’t look bulky in your hand. The oura app give all kind of good data about your sleep, heartbeat rate and temperature to keep you healthy. It does charge you 6 dlls for the app subscription but totally worth it. It does scratch easily so wear a cover if you plan using it during workouts and weightlifting

Great product. It’s very helpful and motivating to fix your sleep schedule. Battery lasts forever. If you don’t like smart watches this is the product for you. Try it you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you get the right size! Only con is the monthly app fee it’s like $6 but worth it to me.

It tracks categories I didn’t think existed. Helpful with getting a plan for better habits,sleep eating etc…

Nice device. Bought it for my wife because she did not like wearing the Apple Watch. It was not good at tracking steps, but then again that’s not one of its strengths. In terms of tracking sleep, and health patterns that’s where it shines. She had zero complaints about that and embraced it.

Really helps with keeping my health on track. I also have the Apple Watch, but I find the Ring 4 information to be more accurate and more realistic.

The data and features of the Oura ring are incredible. It helps track sleep and activity and I love the alerts that there may be some stress in the body to be mindful of.
