As my eyes get older, the use of a small watch face without my reading glasses is next to impossible. By switching to the ring, I am able to gather the same data for the most part and just dump it directly into my phone.

Purchased as a gift for wife. Very expensive. She lovesit, wears it everywhere, and enjoys the features. She let me see it and wow the quality seemed cheap. Very lightweight with a plastic feeling. I did not like that. Also paying for the subscription to use it is ridiculous. How much more money do you need to make it work. 3 stars due to price and quality. Wife enjoys so it still wins.

Bought this for my son for Christmas! He loves it!

For starters this was my first “smart” ring. I managed to find a comfortable size and chose the stealth model. First thing that put me off from it was the monthly subscription fee (which can be paid annually if one chooses) but this I blame myself for given I did not put in my due diligence in researching more about it. The other, and bigger issue I had with it was it seemed like an unfinished product. Rings are supposed to be smooth correct..well one side was smooth but the other was far from it. You could feel the lip protruding from that side and when you ran your finger across it, it felt like metal that was not deburred . This meant anytime I put my hand in my pocket, I would meet with some resistance and for a $400 piece of jewely, this is not acceptable for me.

The sizing is weird! But I love it, I would recommend this ring to anyone. Especially if you have chronic illnesses. The amount of details it has is great. It has really helped me get my health on track.

With competition heating up, and giants like Apple and Google improving battery life and health features, subscription-based models like Oura and Whoop may struggle to stay relevant. The time has come when many people no longer realize how many subscriptions they’re paying for yearly—and in most cases, the total adds up to hundreds of dollars. As awareness grows, more consumers may reject the idea of “renting” wearables.
