    I love this ring. I love data in general, so this is the ultimate expression of that for your body. Now, to get the full benefits, you have to pay the yearly subscription, but my HSA covered it, and I have definitely spent $70 (per year) on dumber things. The battery life seems good, and so far (I've had it a month) it's very durable. It's made me more aware of what is happening with my body, and I love that.

    One of my New Year's resolutions is to focus more on health and wellness. Incorporating this device into my workflow has helped a lot, even in the first month I've used it! I get a ton of helpful information through the app and many of the recommendations I've been given have helped not only recovery but also my mood.
