    I love this ring so much! J pay so much more attentjon to my health and my sleep. It catches everything about my stress levels and gives me advise when it gets high. I personally think the activity charts are a little off but it doesn’t bother me too much

    I bought it for my husband that wanted to keep track of his health a little better. He loves it. It charges super fast, it notifies him when it’s completely charged.
