    This ring but has made my training and recovery go to the next level. The insights are very useful to ensure you're training to the best of your potential without buring out. The only downside is the battery doesnt last as long as i'd like, I get 4 days at most with one full charge.

    I think everyone needs one of these it should be standard. Healthy and especially if you healthy you needs to get this it can save your life. It monitors your health. This already save one of my friends doctors couldn’t fine anything out the ring as telling them something was off and sure enough they found she had cancer.
