    I was interested in purchasing the Oura Ring 4 and contacted Best Buy for guidance I was told over the phone that the Black Friday sale was ending soon and that I should place the order as store pickup to secure the deal and receive the sizing kit first I explained that I didn’t know my ring size, and the representative advised me to buy the sizing kit and assured me that I could exchange the ring easily after confirming the correct size. Based on that information, I placed the order and paid for it. However, when I later visited the store, the store manager told me something completely different, saying that I would need to pay extra to exchange the ring if the size was wrong. Due to this conflicting information, I had no choice but to cancel the order, even though I genuinely wanted to buy the Oura Ring next time I’ll get it The product itself seems great but the inconsistent communication between customer support and store staff was disappointing. I hope Best Buy can improve clarity around sizing kits and exchange policies so customers don’t face this kind of confusion in the future

    I was so pumped to get my Oura Ring Gen 4 for Christmas from my family! It was awesome. I did get the size kit before I told my family the size but the size 10 was much bigger when I got the actual ring. I was so impressed with Best Buy Customer service who helped me get the right Oura ring to exchange my size 10. My size 8 came in 2 days. Thank you!
