    The part I really like about the ring is that I can get information when I sleep. My watch is too bulky to wear at night. Plus with days of power reserve, I don't worry about it not lasting the night. This really allows me to get full day feedback on my health metrics.

    Love Love Love my ring! 100% would buy again! They did not have the silver in stock at the store, so I settled for the stealth. It's very pretty when I add my stackers. You can also purchase covers to make it look different or protect the ring.

    I got this to help track my sleep and stress in connection with my autoimmune and anxiety issues. So far it has been monumental in signaling a flare up, and it is helping my doctor and I with awareness of side effects of new medication.     Amazing little piece of tech. For me I wanted the data but prefer my mechanical watches over the apple watch I had been wearing. This solved that and its more comfortable than my orginal wedding ring which was a concern. If your on the fence go for it, 100% worth it

    Wife loves her Oura. It is a good hassle free sleep tracker - although we think it indicates more "awake" time than actually occurs during sleep. Make sure you send a lot of time with ring sizing kit before you decide on a size.

    I’ve used the Apple Watch and a Garmin watch for tracking my health in the past. This ring give so much more information that is useful and also gives insights on how to fix the issues coming up. The other two do not do that. I would highly recommend getting one of these rings!!

    The ring is comfortable and I do not feel like it scratches easily. Only charge it about 1-2 times in about 7 days. Love the sleep tracking and tagging patterns for when I am stressed!

    I bought this in conjunction with one for myself as our daughter recommended. He was pleasantly surprised and now relies on it. We compare our sleep and other health tracking with our daughter as well and it's so precise! Our iphones also share information which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend and yet our only concern is that this finish has many fine scratches. It's likely impossible to not have scratches as we all work with our hands.

    I like the features of the ring and the software. it seems accurate and the data is useful. the ring looks good, but my only complaint is that the finish isn’t plated well enough and the ring is showing a lot of wear after only 4 months.
