I currently own a Fitbit to monitor my sleep, but always felt it was uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. I also read that the Oura technology was superior for sleep and it is much more comfortable. I am glad I made this purchase and now have superior technology to monitor both sleep and excercise.

I bought this in conjunction with one for myself as our daughter recommended. He was pleasantly surprised and now relies on it. We compare our sleep and other health tracking with our daughter as well and it's so precise! Our iphones also share information which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend and yet our only concern is that this finish has many fine scratches. It's likely impossible to not have scratches as we all work with our hands.

Love how it tracks my sleep and health without needing to ever take it off. Much more comfortable than a watch at night

It gives detailed insights into my sleep stages, quality, and overall rest, which has helped me make real improvements. It also does a great job tracking stress levels, heart rate, and even how many calories I need to burn each day. All of this data is presented clearly in the app. There is a monthly membership fee of $5.99 which unlocks the full range of features. I personally think it's worth it for the depth of data. The battery life is solid, needing a charge only about every six days for about 30 minutes. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the ring scratches pretty easily. For something that's worn all the time, it would be nice if it were a bit more durable. Overall, I highly recommend the Oura Ring for anyone looking to stay on top of their health.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring! I bought it through Best Buy and had a great experience from start to finish. I took advantage of a Black Friday deal, and the delivery was incredibly fast. it arrived in just one day. I chose in-store pickup, and everything went smoothly. The product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, and exactly as expected. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend both the Oura Ring and buying it through Best Buy.

Easy to use app. Data provided helps monitor body. Ring is alitle bulky but looks nice.

Very happy with the whole process. Was able to size the ring appropriately for me in the store, and since then I've loved having this insight into my health, especially sleep quality and when my body is fighting some bug. I think the device and app provides a lot more features for women then men, such as cycle tracking, but overall happy.

bought mostly for the sleep part of app. ring is very comfortable and looks good. getting used to wearing it at the gym. had to find a cover so not to scratch it up. app is very informative as well.

Works great-great for sleep tracking. Not so great for excercise/steps but withing 10/15%. Works well with the Galaxy watch and good for those with other products in the Samsung ecosystem. Open box price-point was good for me. New too expensive as Oura has more features.

Love all the features so far, especially the sleep features and the fact that I don't need to charge it every day like the apple watch

I love my ring. Made very well. It does everything great. Tracks everything about your health, can even tell you when you're getting sick before you realize you are. I use it mainly for gym and sleep, but it does way more.

Limited in function, but an excellent self-care smart device. Got it as a present for my wife (didn't fit at first but Best Buy was able to exchange it without issue). She loves it telling her sleep score. She's learned things about how she goes about the day and its impact on her health. Nothing revolutionary but she likes it and all her friends have one so its fun for them.

I bought the Oura 4 Ring to monitor my vitals. I bought the sizer kit first as recommended. I couldn't decide whether to go with the size 12 or 13. 12.5 would have been perfect but they they don'e make half sizes. Oura recommends going with the small size if your between sizes so I bought the 12. I found out after wearing it a while that it leaves an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because it got some small scratches on the underside. My recommendation is to go with the size that is comfortable without spinning on your finger. Other than that I do like the ring. It monitors my sleep patterns and heart rate and lets you set activity goals and monitors your heart rate during workouts. The app also gives you recommendations to help you keep on track of your health goals. You do have to get the app and pay for a subscription but it's only $6/month so not bad.

Love my ring but bought it too small. Needed to switch to a different finger. But the info I'm getting on my sleep is super helpful. And I like the look of the brushed silver.

This is by far one of my best purchases this year. Was looking for something to wear when I didn’t want to wear my Apple Watch, but it is slowly replacing it. The data is very accurate and comparable to data my watch captures. It looks really nice on and I receive so many compliments.

I love this ring! I have some medical conditions that I deal with and it has done a great job helping me manage things, especially my sleeping and my stress. The battery life on this ring is awesome as well. It will last over a week.
