Great gift given to college student to track sleep and other health metrics

This is comfortable to wear and looks nice. The data it gives me is more then the apple watch has ever and has helped me stay up on my health. It reminds me to stretch my legs when i need to and very easy to sleep with it on. I would recommend this device to everyone. I am living with EDS and POTS. Has helped cut my episodes down to over half. LOVE this device.

I get so much insight on my health from wearing this thing. It helped me slow down and rest instead of getting sick, which probably kept me from being sick for a whole week. That paid for itself. It's comfortable and generally a cool gadget.

Love the oura ring for tracking my heart rate and sleep. Did have an issue with it but Oura was able to find the cause and send me a replacement.

So far its pretty cool and tells me how my body is going to really react before i crash. I might sleep and think i was rested but it knows i am sleep deprived

Great product. Lot of good insight. Recommend for people who want the data and not the constant screen of a watch. Has issues with syncing to Strava. Customer service was fantastic.

I really like everything that it tracks. The only thing I don’t like is how bulky it is but other than that, I love it.

Love how I can tell if my body responds to a late meal or high sugar meal by noting elevated resting heart rate. I am using this ring to become more in tune to how my body reacts to various foods and rest…or lack thereof. Very accurate.

I’m very pleased with the daily information it provides, which is much more than my iPhone does. I love this ring so much! J pay so much more attentjon to my health and my sleep. It catches everything about my stress levels and gives me advise when it gets high. I personally think the activity charts are a little off but it doesn’t bother me too much
