    The Oura Ring 4 is an awesome product. I love how it measures my sleep patterns, my daily stepping count, and gives suggestions on how to improve things I am not doing well in.

    Seems to be a good product. I like that the battery lasts 5-7 days and I can wear it in the shower and swimming. It did take some time to get used to wearing it! Added a cheap mini band to dress it up!
