I am not a fitness freak, but I do care about overall wellness, that's when I came across this ring. Even though I don't like subscription on top of an expensive product, but then I thought I would give it a chance for my wellness and it was one of the best decisions I made. It tracks your sleep and helps build good habits to improve your health. Make sure to use the sizing kit to get a better size. Also our fingers swell at night which can make you uncomfortable. I keep moving the ring from one finger to other which is kind of a little trade off for me. Also if you are weight lifter, you should be careful. I know people using the ring for every day and apple watch for weight lifting data and sync them both. Battery life is more than 7 days. And it's actually stylish!

I love the Oura Ring. It tells you a lot of great information regarding your health. I would go up a size to make sure that it fits good.

I purchased the Oura Ring a month ago, and thus far I am loving it. Stats seem to be very accurate. My reason for purchasing this product was to track my sleeping habits.

This ring replaced my wedding band. It shows how many steps i dont take daily and lets my wife heckle at me. It also proved that I have sleep apnea.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a few months now, and it’s one of the best health tech purchases I’ve made. The ring is comfortable and lightweight but a little bulky. I purchased it for the depth of insight it provides. From sleep tracking to heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature trends, and readiness scores. I’ve found myself making better decisions around rest, workouts, and recovery based on the daily feedback. If you're someone who values data-driven wellness or just wants to be more in tune with your body, I highly recommend the Oura Ring.

Interesting but not earth shattering. The sleep tracking is best but once you see the patterns after several weeks, there isn’t much helpful new info. It confirms you sleep better when you don’t drink alcohol, eat late heavy meals or stress out before bed. Not surprising. The activity tracking is not super accurate and requires manual adjustments that are a hassle and therefore easy to ignore. Also need to remove the ring for weight and resistance training to avoid scratching it, so that results in some missing data.

It’s a great piece of tech it tracks a multitude of things! I especially love that it know what moments I have high levels of stress and it informs me of the quality of sleep I get each night.

It also does a great job tracking stress levels, heart rate, and even how many calories I need to burn each day. All of this data is presented clearly in the app. There is a monthly membership fee of $5.99 which unlocks the full range of features. I personally think it's worth it for the depth of data. The battery life is solid, needing a charge only about every six days for about 30 minutes. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the ring scratches pretty easily. For something that's worn all the time, it would be nice if it were a bit more durable. Overall, I highly recommend the Oura Ring for anyone looking to stay on top of their health.

Limited in function, but an excellent self-care smart device. Got it as a present for my wife (didn't fit at first but Best Buy was able to exchange it without issue). She loves it telling her sleep score. She's learned things about how she goes about the day and its impact on her health. Nothing revolutionary but she likes it and all her friends have one so its fun for them.

Fit is smaller than the sizing band in store, but great software and tracking accuracy.

This is a nice way to stealthily track your activities / sleep without needing something large on your wrist. It doesn't emit too much light, but there is some light you can see from under the ring, but it hasn't bothered my sleeping yet like my watch did.

I replaced my apple watch with the Oura and I am extremely happy and satisfied. It’s sleek, pairs well with all outfits and the sleep tracking is extremely helpful.

bought mostly for the sleep part of app. ring is very comfortable and looks good. getting used to wearing it at the gym. had to find a cover so not to scratch it up. app is very informative as well.

This is by far one of my best purchases this year. Was looking for something to wear when I didn’t want to wear my Apple Watch, but it is slowly replacing it. The data is very accurate and comparable to data my watch captures. It looks really nice on and I receive so many compliments.

It was good for a while and pretty light but scratches more easily. Had to purchase little covers that would help with scratching and would be different colors. Battery started lagging towards the end.

Works great-great for sleep tracking. Not so great for excercise/steps but withing 10/15%. Works well with the Galaxy watch and good for those with other products in the Samsung ecosystem. Open box price-point was good for me. New too expensive as Oura has more features.
