Love how it tracks my sleep and health without needing to ever take it off. Much more comfortable than a watch at night

I barely noticed I had it on. Super light! And very comfortable. Sleep tracking is definitely on point. I wouldn't wear it for activity tracking or regular everyday wear because it scratches pretty easy in my opinion. But as a sleep tracking device, would definitely recommend!

I bought the Oura 4 Ring to monitor my vitals. I bought the sizer kit first as recommended. I couldn't decide whether to go with the size 12 or 13. 12.5 would have been perfect but they they don'e make half sizes. Oura recommends going with the small size if your between sizes so I bought the 12. I found out after wearing it a while that it leaves an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because it got some small scratches on the underside. My recommendation is to go with the size that is comfortable without spinning on your finger. Other than that I do like the ring. It monitors my sleep patterns and heart rate and lets you set activity goals and monitors your heart rate during workouts. The app also gives you recommendations to help you keep on track of your health goals. You do have to get the app and pay for a subscription but it's only $6/month so not bad.

I bought this in conjunction with one for myself as our daughter recommended. He was pleasantly surprised and now relies on it. We compare our sleep and other health tracking with our daughter as well and it's so precise! Our iphones also share information which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend and yet our only concern is that this finish has many fine scratches. It's likely impossible to not have scratches as we all work with our hands.

Ive had the oura since March of this year. It does take a couple of weeks to get all the data, but, it’s helpful, comfortable, and does everything you need it to do. You do need a paid subscription for the app which is a reasonable yearly fee. The watches are too bulky. The ring is perfect.

Very good for a minimalist option to track your health and wellness. Great battery life, just charge weekly and no need to remember when to charge.

Love all the features so far, especially the sleep features and the fact that I don't need to charge it every day like the apple watch

Love my ring but bought it too small. Needed to switch to a different finger. But the info I'm getting on my sleep is super helpful. And I like the look of the brushed silver.

The best smart ring on the market! I’ve tried so many different devices to track my fitness and general health and wellness and Oura does it better than anyone else! I purchased mine about eight months ago and once the algorithm gets going, the accuracy is impeccable. There’s not many things that I would immediately replace if they break, but this is definitely one of them. The small form factor of wearing the ring versus wearing the bulky watch is definitely a huge plus. Unlike the watch, this doesn’t have to be upgraded every year when a new model comes out because it all the sudden stops working.

Very happy with the whole process. Was able to size the ring appropriately for me in the store, and since then I've loved having this insight into my health, especially sleep quality and when my body is fighting some bug. I think the device and app provides a lot more features for women then men, such as cycle tracking, but overall happy.

I had the first gen Oura Ring and loved it. Eventually, I misplaced it and needed a new one so I upgraded to the Oura Ring 4. I love this ring. It is so much better than previous generations. The battery life is better and it looks nicer (lower profile). I wish they would come out with a universal charger. My wife and I both have oura rings and it's annoying to have to keep two different chargers. You would think they could make one that you can expand/retract to fit your ring size perfectly.
