It’s strange you can hear from a lot of close people, that you need to slow down, even your own body tries, but you just go because that’s life. Then all of the sudden the ring has read your levels and the really good app (you have to pay for the app) tells you to slow down and all of the sudden you listen. I wanted a device that gathers a lot of information and suggests things for change. I bought exactly what I wanted and more.

If you don't have a smart watch to keep track of your activity, this is the ring for you. It helps with tracking activity, sleep, heart rate, stress. There are numerous more options that are available, but these are primarily what I use it for. The battery will last for days on a charge before it needs to be charged and it charges very fast. Overall, it is a very nice ring and is very durable. I did get a cover to put over mine to keep it from getting scratched up on anything.

Love the Oura Ring. Give so much information on your health and suggestions on improving areas that may need a little attention.

No screen distractions. Just throw on the ring and go about your day. No need to charge it daily. No discomfort issues when sleeping. Love it. Wish the subscription was cheaper or offered more. This one was the wives. I purchased the gold.

I was really wanting to get an Oura ring because my husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I have heard that it gives you really good insight. So far I have been using it for about a month and a half and I couldn't be happier. I love that it tells me about my sleep, my heart rate, my cycle, lets me know if something is straining my body, etc. The one thing I don't like is the "stress" insight. I don't feel that it is accurate at all and seeing that I am "stressed" when I am not actually ends up making me stressed LOL. Other than that I am so please with it :)

My oura ring is awesome. I didn’t get the ceramic because the colors don’t really “match” an everyday outfit for me. I’m a gold-lover. However, after watching countless reviews, the gold and rose gold fade poorly. I opted for silver, which is also beautiful. Unfortuntately, the metal is soft and scratches easily. Otherwise, I’ve had no real issues. Got it with the $150 off sale, which you can’t really beat. Overall, I’d have to say that all tech can suffer wear-and-tear. A few scratches and $6 a month (really, guys, it’s only $6. Imagine buying a tv and complaining that you have to pay for cable/subscribtion services. This is how things work.) are worth what it does for you. I’m happy with my purchase.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! It is so worth the money. It is comfotable and light and you barely notice it after wearing it for a while. The one thing I will say is that you have to pay for the subscription to Oura but it is so worth it. The data you will get will change your day-to-day living and choices. Would definitely repurchase.

I love my ring. Made very well. It does everything great. Tracks everything about your health, can even tell you when you're getting sick before you realize you are. I use it mainly for gym and sleep, but it does way more.
