I liked how it gave me data but end of the day disliked gotta pay for it. I bought for my husband and I got him wrong size and they didn’t wanna exchange it for the correct size and wanted me to pay another 100$ on top because of it so I said nope and returned the item. Overall data is nice to know if u have issues

Great ring to track your health and activity. I went the ring route because it’s easier to sleep with it on opposed to a watch or bracelet. This thing picks up a lot of health stats. Happy with my purchase.

I haven’t owned the Oura Ring for a super long time but I do love having it! I think it does an amazing job tracking my sleep and it also picked up when i had gotten sick. I prefer this over my apple watch, better battery life and tracking capabilities. Only negative is the sizing doesn’t have half sizes. I was in between a size 8 and 9. Went with 9 because the 8 was just a tad too snug. I feel an 8.5 would have fit perfectly. Very comfortable on as someone who doesn’t wear rings to bed. Love it so far!

Got this ring for my wife for Christmas, she really likes it, it worked better for her to track her sleep compared to a watch. It also does a lot of cool tracking with temperature and heart rate.

love my oura ring! it has replaced my Apple Watch. definitely buy protectors off of amazon to prevent scratching. easily scratched but that doesn't bother me

I’ve been wanting to buy this for a long time and I don’t regret it. Love it and would recommend it to anyone interested. I have not had any issues with it so far and it’s readings are very accurate.

One of my New Year's resolutions is to focus more on health and wellness. Incorporating this device into my workflow has helped a lot, even in the first month I've used it! I get a ton of helpful information through the app and many of the recommendations I've been given have helped not only recovery but also my mood. The part I really like about the ring is that I can get information when I sleep. My watch is too bulky to wear at night. Plus with days of power reserve, I don't worry about it not lasting the night. This really allows me to get full day feedback on my health metrics.

Great Christmas present for my wife, she loved it although I was unaware the size is not for the ring finger but for the index finger. Best Buy made it very easy to switch it out for the correct size!
