The Oura ring has a good hardware and great software. Might benefit from some sort of tracker. I keep misplacing mine.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter and she absolutely LOVES this ring! She quickly set up the app and frequently shares with me her health stats and all the cool things the Oura ring provides her insight to.

I've had my oura ring for 2 months now and really enjoy it! The app itself has so many insights and I love knowing what my readiness score is everyday. I got the silver because I didn't want to spend the extra on the gold and bought a pack of silicone ring covers on Amazon for like 10 bucks and it helps with the scratching + I can wear different color if I wanted. Really recommend!!!

I love it! It fits very well and it light. Makes me feel that I’ll be healthy knowing that I can look into my phone and look at my results.!

I liked how it gave me data but end of the day disliked gotta pay for it. I bought for my husband and I got him wrong size and they didn’t wanna exchange it for the correct size and wanted me to pay another 100$ on top because of it so I said nope and returned the item. Overall data is nice to know if u have issues

The Oura ring provides excellent insights into sleep patterns, activity, stress, and health. It continuously monitors breathing, heart rate and latency in terms of HRV and sleep to monitor signs on stress and any indicators that may need attention.

Comfortable enough and syncs well with apple watch activities. Love that it calculates BMR and total calories burned. Paying for a monthly subscription is frustrating considering how expensive the device itself is & how limited/poor the included warranty. I’ve had it three weeks and it seems to be holding up well to a lot of handwashing and sanitizers. Please try the sizing kit first…you do have to wear it snugger than you would think to get consistent data!
